Corporate Immigration Paralegal

Our client is a top City firm with an international office network and an excellent reputation for providing full service commercial advice. The Employment team is looking for a paralegal with corporate immigration experience to assist on a permanent basis. Duties will include: Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (General), Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) Tier 4 (Student) and Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa applications; Spouse / unmarried partner fiancée visa applications (Entry Clearance and Further Leave to Remain); Indefinite Leave to Remain applications; EU applications (Family Permits, Residence Cards and Permanent Residence) and British Citizenship applications for adults and children. This is an excellent and rather unusual opportunity to develop existing corporate immigration experience in a large City firm environment.
