Investment Management Paralegal

Our client is a leading mid-market alternative investment firm with a strong track record and a blue-chip investor base. The firm currently advises five funds across Private Equity, Special Opportunities (distressed debt / restructuring) and Indian Development Capital. Our client is looking for a paralegal to provide legal and compliance support on the following: regulatory compliance monitoring; reviewing and supporting the negotiation of NDAs AML and KYC diligence on counterparties Working with external parties to establish SPVs in various jurisdictions Reviewing transaction related documentation Project managing / organising board meetings and document execution, throughout the fund and SPV structures, to support the closing of transaction You must have excellent academics (2.1, ABB) and previous experience working in financial services in-house / private practice. This is a rare opportunity for a strong individual to join a high profile fund advisory business and be involved in the operations of alternative asset funds.
