Employment & Labour Associate - 2-4 PQE London

Our client is a top City firm with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of blue-chip clients. It acts for a range of employers from small start-ups to listed multinationals, across a broad spread of sectors and encompassing a wide spectrum of businesses, from professional services companies to financial institutions. This is an opportunity to work with a variety of renowned partners, on a broad spread of matters across sectors including retail, finance, FMCG, media and advertising, food manufacturing and engineering. Our client is looking for 2 – 4 PQE solicitor to join the London team on a permanent basis. You must demonstrate a strong interest in employment issues and should have excellent academic credentials generally. The firm works on large (often cross-jurisdictional) matters where you will be a valuable part of a global client team with lots of client contact. You will advise on a wide range of projects from day one including: drafting global policies and procedures; disciplinary and grievance issues; restructures and redundancies; TUPE and changes to terms and conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your interest in employment law issues with a top City player with an international office network.
