Structured Finance Solicitor 3 PQE

This is a contract role - the successful candidate will be working remotely as part of the global firm, so our client is looking for somebody with real initiative, able to take responsibility and ownership of the project as it progresses. This is a particularly interesting opportunity for somebody who prefers a high level of autonomy in the context of a dynamic and innovative team – these are not cookie cutter style deals.

You must have PQE experience in structured finance / repack / securitisation, ideally at a leading firm. Good drafting skills are imperative, together with understanding of at least the basic structure of a repack, the parties involved and the documentation. Initially you will work closely with internal counsel but will be expected to take ownership of the project so diligence and initiative are a must. Soft skills are also very important - the culture of the firm is collegiate, friendly and down-to-earth.
