Investment Management Paralegal

Our client is a top City firm with an excellent reputation for full service legal advice and an impressive roster of international clients. Our client is looking for a paralegal to assist the Investment Management Group on a permanent basis. The role will principally involve carrying out reviews of private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate funds into which their pension fund, sovereign wealth fund and other clients are investing. This entails reviewing and understanding key terms in fund documentation and preparing a report for the client as well as potentially being involved in side letters and future negotiation. Our client is looking for people with outstanding academics: LLB1st from top university and AAA.
